PROJECT BASED SERVICES

If your company's needs are limited, Krauer Consulting can provide a specific service
to address a particular need. These project based services can keep your expenses down by allowing you to
assemble resources and/or acquire a service on an as-needed basis. Among the individual services we
provide are

Human Resource Audit. Comprehensive or limited scope review and assessment of company's
current human resources and employment practices and compliance with federal and state laws.
Includes recommendations for reducing any discovered liability risk exposure.

Employee Handbook/Policies and Procedures. Design/review of company policies and
procedures and health and welfare benefit plans, customized to specific client needs,
which provide easy to understand and consistent employer guidelines within Federal and
State labor mandates.

|
Human Resource Administration Manual. Administrative manual containing easy to follow
guidelines to assist HR departments and/or company management with legally mandated employee
record keeping administrative requirements; new hire employment forms and legal requirements;
interviewing guidelines; hire/termination procedures; wage and hour regulations; performance
management techniques; and, interpretive summaries of Federal and State employment mandates.

New Hire Packets. Customized employment forms which meet all state and federal legal
requirements: Employment Application, Releases, Background Check Authorization, Form I-9, current
state and federal tax withholding forms, etc. |

Pre-Employment and/or Continuing Employment Background Checks. Plans customized to fit
client need include, but not necessarily limited to the following: previous employment, county/state/federal
criminal, credit, driver record (and CDL), personal/employment reference, education verification.

Liability Risk Assessment. Conduct a complete exposure survey, including a review of all current
business insurance policies, along with site inspections, and photos and diagrams where appropriate.
The survey will include a written report of the current programs in place, any identified exposure to
risk, alternatives and suggestions for dealing with potential or existing risk and assistance with
implementation of sound management and result monitoring techniques.

Safety Audit. Review and assessment of the company's position with regard to Federal/State
OSHA compliance and workplace safety.

Manager/Supervisor Training/Awareness Seminars. Programs designed to meet employer and legal
mandates for staff awareness in the areas of Hiring/Firing procedures, Progressive Discipline,
Performance Management, Sexual Harassment, etc.

HR and General Staff Recruiting. Place advertising/posting of available position(s)
through newspaper and web channels. Perform initial screening and interviewing of potential
candidates. Conduct reference checks, employment verification and criminal or other
background checks.
